Do I need to register with Engagement HQ to participate in Black History Month events?
No. City and County Black History Month events are open to all staff. There is no need to register with Engagement HQ to participate in engagement tools on this site. This engagement site is open to all staff and the public.
Can I invite someone to attend a virtual event?
Yes! This year's programming is open to the public. We chose our platforms for the virtual events to be as inclusive as possible.
There is a portion of the final event that will have a maximum capacity. We will be sure to include those details in the event description.
How do I get the link to join the virtual events?
We are working to get the links ready for each event. We will post the links for events the week they are scheduled.
The link to join the event will be shared with staff using internal communication and also posted publicly on this engagement site. Each event will have a dedicated event page that is available the week of the event.
